As a licensed real estate brokerage, we have access to NTREIS, or North Texas Real Estate Information Systems, Inc.® NTREIS covers over 50 counties of real estate data in North Texas. Data is live and updated multiple times daily. While there is some information we don’t display, such as agent-to-agent remarks, access codes, agent contact details, etc., all the data you need to find and make a decision is there.
To keep our prices low and affordable for all, we do not currently offer a free trial, but we do have a video demo you can watch, and we do offer a 100% no-risk guarantee. There are no membership contracts; you can just pay month-to-month as you go. You can cancel and re-join at any time.
We email comps to you within minutes of your request. Comps include asking price, sold price, days on market, seller contributions, price per square foot and more. Per MLS Licensing Rules and Regulations, we are required to email you comp reports.
The best deals go fast. So if you’re waiting on a real estate buddy to present deals to you and give you comps and other market data, then it’s probably already cost you the deal.
