Membership renew monthly or annually, depending on your selected term. Cancel anytime for any reason or continue as long as you’d like.

To cancel, log in to your account, go to MyProfile › Account › Billing, and follow the cancellation steps.

You can also cancel by emailing [email protected] or using our Contact form. Include the account holder’s name and associated email.

Ensure you receive a cancellation confirmation email. If not, your account may still be active and could be billed again.

Once canceled, account access is immediately revoked.
