Investway serves the greater Dallas and Fort Worth metropolitan areas. More specifically, we assimilate MLS data from North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS). Naturally, then, we serve the areas that NTREIS serves.
NTREIS includes MLS data in the major North Texas counties including: Dallas, Tarrant, Denton, Collin, Parker, Taylor and other smaller counties including: Anderson, Archer, Bosque, Brown, Callahan, Camp, Cherokee, Clay, Coleman, Comanche, Cooke, Delta, Eastland, Ellis, Erath, Fannin, Fisher, Franklin, Freestone, Grayson, Hamilton, Haskell, Henderson, Hill, Hood, Hopkins, Hunt, Jack, Johnson, Jones, Kaufman, Lamar, Limestone, McLennan, Mitchell, Montague, Navarro, Newton, Nolan, Palo Pinto, Rains, Red River, Rockwall, Runnels, Scurry, Smith, Somervell, Stephens, Stonewall, Throckmorton, Titus, Tom Green, Upshur, Van Zandt, Walker, Wichita, Wise, Wood, and Young. In addition, there are hundreds of additional outlying areas in which NTREIS has collected MLS information.
NTREIS has some limited data in areas outside of their service areas. For example, NTREIS has listings located in South America, Europe and more.
Even more, NTREIS has several listings in Harris county and Travis county (in the city of Austin), counties that are served by an entirely separate MLS provider.
Occasionally, REALTORS input their listings in an MLS to which their listing does not geographically belong, or perhaps have listed the property in two or three different MLS’s to get additional marketing traction for their property.
To find out if Investway serves a specific MLS area you have interest in, perform an MLS search by county. As you scroll through the counties, you will see the quantity of listings within the listed area.
